What about an engine build competition?

2 or 3 teams, a disassembled flathead on a running stand with radiator, battery, and "lawnmover" fuel tank, and first to complete with a running motor wins.

It would be a great time I think...the disassembly could be a smaller scale to keep the time down.

I would be willing to fabricate the stands.
