I did a quick search and Concord Motorsports in Concord, MN came up second. They say they will bring a dyno to Iowa and that they commonly do swap meets, car shows and town celebrations. After reading there web site it looks pretty feasible. If there is enough interest I would be happy to do more research and maybe start planning a dyno event.
