That's great, you'll be in a better situation with Power Wagons now ;-) The wage issue is the same all over. We had a company take-over a couple years ago and if you wanted to keep your job you had to accept the new rate and conditions, or walk away. Being old, I was lucky enough to retire just before the take-over.
