Contrary to what you hear for years MB management was concerned with cutting costs & removing content from the product to improve the bottom line. Fiat’s leadership has implemented their WCM quality process & is shoveling content back into to vehicles. Bottom line is that everyone in the Chrysler production environment has been given ownership in the quality process & money is being spent where it needs to be. I see nothing but good things for Chrysler’s future products under the passionate leadership of Sergio Marchionne & his team.
