I'm glad you are able to take advantage of both those rights.

I had a truck hauled by Jim and am glad I did. Sure I could have saved a few hundred bucks but it was worth it to me to know that the truck I looked long and hard for was in good hands. Not someone who is the low bidder for a broker. Been there done that.
