i had a NOS command car tank renued. was worth it for me as I have no worries about tanks rusting or fuel issues. I keep it clean going in and only keep enough fuel in the tank to run around. the days of topping off to prevent condensation are over. nothing worse than a 30 gallon tank of bad gas. make sure they left you with a properly working drain and you should be good to go. my tank was done inside and out with a smoother black dark grey finish. my holes in the top were cut with a hole saw and plugs were welded in. i guess each shop has a little difft approach. you spent your money well.
