No , not a problem with a custom built trailer
Just need inspection before licensing
Individual axle rating combined determine GVWR of trailer
My welder has built quite a few trailers
Hard for me to believe but I lived in Sandpoint 25 years ago ....
Old age kinda creeps up on ya'
