I think the Rev Rotation boxes mounted with the shaft pointing out towards the fender opening & the pittman arm pointing straight down. Also I believe this box was more common on 72-74 & had a mounting plate/bracket, whereas the std rotation boxes bolted directly to the frame...
Or I may be backwards in my thinking.
