OK you can install the clutch parts and before you bolt up the trans you will be able to tell what kind of adjustment and how the pedal feels. Then if you need some more adjustment use the washers and see how the adjustment changes. This is easy to do before the trans goes back in. Your right about the clutch you cant get one over the counter. Good Luck. Bill.
