Some rot in the upper corner of that quarter. Couldn't be seen at disassembly....it's a little of a gamble. Usually, they are cracked there, so welding is a norm. This was the only set of quarters I ever had that didn't have the infamous crack. I wish it had been there from the beginning, it wouldn't have happened again, thats for sure. Hope all is well.....
