As I've noticed 4bt prices surge, it has made me wonder if Isuzu four cylinders are underpriced. Transmission adapters might be limited for the Isuzu, but if you are keeping a divorced transfercase, you could use whatever transmission came out of the donor truck.
The technical support and resale value available for the Cummins probably makes the 4bt the best value in the long run.
