Differences between early '60s and '70 W200 Cabs?

Hi...

Well, I might have a lead on a Crew Cab that I like.....problem is, the cab itself is rusted to Hell. It's an early '60s truck.

I know where there is a '70 Crew Cab in a junkyard, and that cab has minimal damage and little rust.

Sure, switching cabs is a lot of work, that I know. But I'm wondering if there are any major differences that would cause problems in switching the cabs themselves only? The dash, wiring, etc. I see can be switched easily.
