My 53 B4-PW does not have either and no signs of ever having either, yet it has the delux cab package. I had a '50 B1 2WD previously (pilot house cab, first year for 3 passengers) and it had the soft-ride option requiring the seat control valve. The seat was in excellent condition and the seat ride adjustment worked pretty good (leather seat cover top and bottom). Thanks!
