I was quoted by a local clutch shop that they would reline "antique" brake shoes for $38 per axle (4 shoes). This shop relined my e-brake band for $41 (bead blasted, painted, relined) and did an excellent job. I told them how big the shoes were and they still said $38 per axle. If you can't find a shop in your area, e-mail me and I'll send you their contact info.
