HEMI in a flatfender

I just bought a 1951 Power Wagon with a poly 318 transplant. I believe that all I would have to do for a hemi install would be to bolt one in to the existing bellhousing. Herb Price of Green River, WY told me that he did a hemi transplant to a Power Wagon in the '60's. I have also seen one with hemi power at the Rocky Mountain Rendezvous 6 or 8 years ago.
