Unknown Power Wagon Ambulance

I have a Power Wagon Ambulance which was employed by the brazilian army and it looks very diferent.
It has a body resembling the M-43 ambulance and has doors made of canvas.
I heard something about it being a special body conversion kit from the Vietnam Era.
