Dave, as I am using the Helitool kit in my M37 I can tell you how easy it has made things. Call Ray at Helitool and he would be more than happy to give you any info regardless if you buy his kit.
If your NV4500 bolts up to your engine with your aluminum BH then it will also bolt up with the mechanical cast iron BH. This would make your bolt up easier. In addition I bet the rear mounts from Ray's kit will work for you with this BH.
Check the Helitool website and see the install manual and I bet the pictures are there. I'm not trying to be a salesman but its the easiest and fastest way to get your truck out on the road.
