I am about to fabricate engine mounts for a 318 in my '55 c-3. I am assuming that I do not want all four engine mounts to be solid to the frame. What would be the best way to allow 2 of the mounts to flex (rubber, springs etc.)? Should the front be solid or the rear. I was considering a helitool kit but with the NV4500 transmission I am going to have to do some fabricating anyway so I thought I might as well do it all.
