A T316 could be a 237cid 109hp@3600rpm-192lb.ft. torque@1200rpm, 3 7/16" bore x 4 1/4" stroke 6.6 comp ratio engine from a 1951-early53 B3 Dodge Truck. In late 1953/B4 trucks, the T316 was a 251cid 118hp@3600-210 lb.ft. torque@1200rpm, 3 7/16" bore x 4 1/2" stroke 6.8 c/r engine. This info came from the 1954 7th edition Motor's Truck and Tractor Repair Manual. The 1960 13th edition says the 218 was last offered in late 53/early 54. And a 1960 P6-D100 came with only a 230cid motor. I've found these manuals aren't always accurate for engines offered for a certain year but it's better than nothing.
