looking for a NP540 tranny

I know that these trannys are expensive, but I am in California right now and I am getting ready to drive to New York for good. I have a NP435 right now and I am not going to get rid of it , but I would like the NP540 because it has the overdrive fifth gear and that would be really nice to have for such a long drive. Any info anyone can give me would be apreciated. thanks
