The six lug nut hubs suggest you have the rear half of a late 1940's to mid 1950's non-PW, two wheel drive dually 1 ton truck. Those beds were either 7-1/2' or 9' long, not 8' which was PW length only. Late 1940's to 1956 date range sounds good. The 1947 one ton 2WD WD-20 (90" bed) and WD-21 (108" bed) had 3 pocket beds with angled flareboards and 3 vertical ribs with curved outer edges, like a G clef or sides of a bass. Cycle type extended rear fenders for dual wheels may have been introduced in 1948, but I'm not sure.
