Chilton's has shop manual for the little beast. Best bet? - run it off into a river and walk away, the 2.6 Mitsubishi has the worst aluminum head of all of them. The one I had went through a total of 4 heads before I "donated" it to the local salvage yard. Also prone to internal seal failure between 5 spd transmission/transfer. Of course this is all in Alaska and I'm sure you'd be just fine living "outside". Otherwise it's a great little truck that will go virtually anywhere. Plan on spending lot's of money, kind of like owning a Powerwagon.
