Info from buyers?

I really like working on these trucks and I wanted to know which would be better for me. If you were to buy a 1968 or 1967 Power Wagon would you buy it after it has had a lot of work done to it? When I say work I mean, engine rebuilt and replace bad parts, transmition rebuilt. And suspention, paint and body, and the interior done. Or dose everyone want one that they can do work to? If I end up selling my 68' I would like to do a nice job on it before, and I know I can do it easy with my equipment access. Give me some info.
