if it is original to the truck. That's what the 1967 W300 had from the factory. The NP 201 t/c has a tall rectangular hole (covered with a plate) on the driver side end for a PTO. The cover or PTO use 10 bolts, so count the bolts. 10 bolt PTO or cover = 201; smaller 6 bolt PTO or cover = NP 205 (most likely); no PTO opening on driver side end = NP 200 used on WDX-WM300 Power Wagons.
