Those lever types don't seem to be able stand up to much abuse with a heavy truck, I've seen lots on jeeps that are just fine. I've seen the remains of a completely grenaded one off an M43. Couldn't repair this one with parts if you wanted to. Made by a co. in Longmont CO, can't remember the name right now, but it's not Warn.
