I have thought about the headlight guards...really thinking about getting some - I agree - it would look AWESOME with them!
The "grill guard" is actually part of the truck. From what I understand, the older models with the 230 engine had it more aligned with the body...with a 251 they had to make room so they put on extentions and moved that piece out about 2". Check out older PWs (40s, 50s) and also check out 60s and you'll see what I mean. I do believe mine should be painted red/black...looking into it first before I do it...
As for the PTO winch, I'd love to but right now can't afford the $1200 price tag...the truck does have the PTO already so that's a savings...saving up some money...but if I put the winch on the truck I can't park it in my current garage so that's an issue...
