some of those sensors are sensitive to the heighth/depth that they are installed at. some actually come with a cardboard spacer for installation, one bolt might not be holding it where it needs to be. check the wiring at the sensor also, I have seen broken wires on a couple sensors with no visible damage on the insulation, If I touched the wires it would run let go it stops good luck
