grill color

Looking through pictures, it looks like the grill on a PW was black from the factory. Is this correct? I'm probably going to paint my WDX Omaha Orange, which isn't a correct color anyway. I have seen lots of pictures with the grill same color as the truck, but I kind of like the contrasting black.
So did they come black, or was there another option? thanks.
