I hear ya fleabag. I install business phone systems in NYC. Over the last 25 years I have seen the Compliance Departments of various businesses baloon up from 2-3 guys, to an entire floor full of people scurrying around. this phenemon is seen across all ranges and types of business persuits . its a cottage industry all its own. incredible waste of time and corporate resources.
