from what im told it was a tow truck. It didnt put anything in the bed like a bomb hoist. It just lifted broken milk truck for Bordens and towed them back to the shop. It is modeled after the bomb hoists with the trolly. As for the bumper it was a beast. It is now beer cans or somthing. Scraped it.
