Thank you for your thoughts on this. Yes, I don't think it is a NAPCO. But if the guy calls me back I'll have him look at the diffs.

As for the net and gross HP. If I am reading this right, 165 hp might be correct for a 1963 318A...?? And it shows on the plate as 165 at 3900rpm
As for the NPG, I'm at a loss too LOL...
This truck was ordered by a Fire Dept too, if it could make a difference.
