I assume that was for a shackle bolt or pin. The pins and bolts are pricey. The bushings were about $5.00 on ebay.
I was unable to find any of the bushings at several auto parts stores including NAPA. I don't remember if I also looked for the pins and bolts, but I doubt they are available anymore through auto parts store.
