May have mis-spoke. Bolts and bushings are in the spring eye. The clips have bolts and a sleeve. For the clips I fabbed sleeves out of scrap tubing I had lying around. All the sleeve does is act as a spacer so that the clip ends don't get drawn in by the bolt torque.
