Did you just weld in where the old lock cylinder was? How does that cylinder come out of the door? I see a screw or bolt(a lot of rust) on the side and a clip inside. Does the bolt hold that clip on? Nothing is budging on the door so I need to know how it comes apart so I dont do more damage.
