I'm not familiar with the set up from VPW, I have made my own in the past. Use the manifold as a template, cut the piece out of 1/4 plate, remove the old one from the exhaust pipe and weld on the new one. If you bring me the pieces I can put it all together for you. Pretty straight forward job.
