Here is my situation,Cris.I am doing a transplant and even with a 3/4" thick bushing in the T/C index hole my tranny input shaft will only have 1/4-3/8" engagement. This has me a little concerned.Ideally if the collar stuck out 1/2-1" from where the flange meets the flywheel I would be golden.I even thought that if I could find a ruined crank and cut it off at the rear main seal,then turn the main down to @ 1.8..."it would work.
This is a 6 bolt crank.If it was 8 it would be easy to find a flange.
