Paul, Thanks. Yes I have the cover removed, and have been using a magnet to take out as much of the shrapnel as I can get. As far as hitting the sides of the tube when tacking, I would probably line the inside of the tube with a removable piece of PVC to keep this from happening. I just might use Chris's idea of the bale wire. Thanks guys.
