WC-52 bed...

I have a WC 52 bed in solid shape, but the corners on the passenger side are dented up beyond the point of where I think it would be worth it to fix. ie, just leave it as it is and drive on. No toolbox covers, and no hardware for the seats. Basicly just a shell of bed. I have been toying with the idea of modifying it to fit a Power Wagon. The way I measure it, If it were 10" longer in the front, and 4" narrower, it would fit perfectly but with no overhang on the back. It would end even with the rear frame.
What do you guys think?
