inside mirror. looks like it takes a sheet metal screw, but am not sure. the holes don't appear to be threaded - not enough material. mirror was missing from truck when i got it.
i guess i am suprised that dodge would use sheet metal screws to attach. seem to use national fine threads everywhere else.
