i donīt see how vin could be 69 with a 60 registration, maybe previous owners were trying to pay less taxes
all in all they were more than likely just using up old stock building trucks in the xport only years
still a very cool truck, let us know if there are any more in your neck of the woods, I wanna see a 1970
