I have seen a broken Selectro but it was due to rock damage to the knob, not due to driveline torque. Perhaps the Selectros are as capable as the Warns.
I posted what I have formed in my own mind over the past 14 years of reading this forum and various M37 forums. The M37 based forums tend to have a bit more convo about axle/hub failures.
I have not owned nor operated these different lockouts. I own a set of Selectros and I have completely disassembled/reassembled them and I do like them. But somewhere along the line I came to believe the Warns had a leg up on the Selectros in the strength department. At this time, I can't recall as to specifics on why I came to that conclusion so perhaps it would be better if I did not assert it.
