In Firefox, at least, hold down Ctrl and hit the "+" key. If the "+" is over top of the "=" on your keyboard, that's okay. "Ctrl -" makes it smaller. I'm not sure if Firefox remembers the setting on a per-website basis or not.
If everything is hard to read on your computer and you're using MW Windows try going into the Windows Control Panel, and dinking the "Accessibility options | Display" and "Display | Settings | Advanced | General | Font size", or something similar.
