No, it could be bought for cheap, like a couple or few hundred dollars, in central Nebraska. It has been sitting idle for a few years but I was told it was not used very hard or very much. It didn't fit where I needed to put the press and I didn't want to mess with 220 or 3 phase either for the drill press. I think it needed a chuck or used those tapered bits.
