Somebody will probably hammer you for it, but I'm with you on that. I'm pretty sure all the imports that look the same ARE the same except for paint. Sometimes Grizzly or Jet will have a little bit better accessories or knobs or something, but the underlying machine is the same. I can't see the point in paying extra money to the importer/distributor just to get a nicer paint job.
