Model number is C-447-G. This model was discontinued 4-28-1958. The booster in the picture came with a 1955 C-3-PW Power-Wagon. The model numbers changed frequently from what I know about Midland products. Sometimes only the suffix letter changed. Example: According to the information that I have there were the six following models of the "C-447 series". C-447, C-447-D, C-447-H, C-447-J and C-447-M. All of them except the C-447-J used the same two repair kits. The cylinder repair kit was Midland P/N RC2700U and the diaphram kit (expensive!) was P/N C20050.
I have close to 10 Midland boosters and they changed slightly over the years. The mounting brackets also changed as well. The 1967 and 1968 WM-300 had two boosters included with the factory option as these year models had a dual circuit master cylinder. These boosters look slightly different from the earlier ones.
The RC2700U kit came with several gaskets and springs that were not used on my booster. The kit must have been set up to service different models and had extra parts included to accomplish the service of the variations.
