Hey randy. I have given some real thought to removing it. i will keep you in mind. I just pick the truck up on sunday and am still tossing ideas around as to how i want to build it. most likely the hoist will be removed.How soon would you need it for your project? im busy with this semesters college classes and wont have much time to get to the truck till may or so.
