Thanks David, that is exactly what it does, but it turns over like a sob, it's the old 6v starter, so it's turning super fast.
I'm wondering if the starter, or engine ground strap is the issue?? Will check!
PS we even bypassed the ignition switch to eliminate that prospect, same results.
But it's a clue for sure, all symptoms point to the condenser but it wasn't. Now I'm going to check or add a ground strap to the starter.
