I always end up doing some offroad palying or working when I have one of these trucks so I liek the 5.83 gears with the 230. I get tempted to go 4.89 sometimes but When the switch is made to 11.00 x 16 inch tires you achieve almost as much rpm drop as with 4.89s. 11.00 x 16 tires is the least expensive way to go faster. 39 inch tires vs 36 inch tires makes a big difference
