The short answer is you must live in a state that allows ownership of classIII weapons. Beyond that there is the $200.00 transfer tax for each transaction. I recommend employing an attorney that is familiar with the business, especially if you are a novice in the field. There are a lot of pitfalls and ATF will savage you if you take a step wrong. You must also consider safe storage by ATF standards. From there it gets quite convoluted.
