No, that's A REASON, not the major reason.
The key reasons are ethics, culture, know how , metallurgy and the quality of the equipment.
Putting lead in toothpaste, radioactive drywall, deadly, dangerous machines like hoists and lifts, are just a few of the things that come to mind...
